Fraud, Bribery and Integrity Policy
As part of the TYC Europe B.V. team, we jointly carry the responsibility of maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethics in everything we do. This means that we adhere to the highest moral standards and act in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations. This policy applies to all employees, suppliers and business partners, both internally and in external collaborations.
1. Integrity and Compliance with Laws and Regulations
• Integrity above all: Every employee, contractor and business partner must comply with all laws and regulations regarding anti-bribery, anti-fraud, fair trade, advertising and competition
• Preventing conflicts of interest: It is prohibited to personally benefit from work-related contracts, investments or collaborations with external parties that do business with TYC Europe
2. Use of Company Facilities and Resources
• Do not use company facilities, property or funds for personal purposes or personal gain, and avoid waste.
• Company resources must be used solely for legitimate business purposes
3. Prevention of Fraud, Bribery and Unethical Conduct
• Avoid any action that may be considered fraud, bribery or other unethical behavior.
• This also includes tax evasion, embezzlement and misuse of authority during recruitment or collaboration
4. Gifts, Hospitality and Entertainment
• Gifts or hospitality may never exceed €50 per occasion.
• Accepting gifts, vouchers, cash or entertainment that is inappropriate or illegal – such as activities related to pornography, gambling or drugs – is not permitted.
• If a gift exceeds the established amount, prior approval must be obtained from management.
5. Protection of Information
• Respect intellectual property rights, do not use illegal software and protect confidential information of employees, customers and suppliers from disclosure to third parties.
6. Transparency and Reporting
• Important business information about operations, structure, financial status and performance will only be disclosed in accordance with the law.
• Financial reports and other mandatory filings are made accurately and on time.
• Every employee is required to immediately report incidents, suspicions of fraud or bribery and other violations to their supervisor or management.
• Whistleblowers remain anonymous at all times and are protected from any negative consequences resulting from their report.
8. Consequences of Violations
• Violations may lead to disciplinary measures or termination of cooperation.
• If legally required, violations will be reported to the competent authorities.
• Together, we ensure that TYC Europe B.V. remains a reliable and ethical organization.
